Who am I?
I am a French Chef, born and trained in Paris, France. Cooking has been my passion forever. I started in 1985 and I did all my professional training in France. Over the years, I became a Master Caterer and Master Pastry Chef. I spent most of my career out of France and served many VIPs (Presidents, celebrities, CEOs and many more).
Where do I come from?
Some of my most successful training was with Lenôtre Institute in Paris, France, Yves Thuries Pastry in Cordes, France. I also trained on Joël Robuchon and Alain Ducasse's team in France.
I worked in some of the most famous hotels in Europe as well as in Africa and in the U.S.A.
